Does ABAP Proxy communication supported HTTP_AAE receiver adapter? in synchronous mode

Dear All,

Can we use ABAP Proxy as a sender side and HTTP_AAE as receiver side in synchronous mode, in SAP PI 7.31 dual stack. as our PI 7.31 system is in installation process.

Can I use HTTP_AAE adapter at receiver side instead of SOAP receiver adapter, as my third party target system is not webservice, so no WSDL, they only except XML.

Thanks,

Farhan
