How to activate Enterprise Business Function LOG_EAM_MPOINT_MASS_DEACT?

Hello

I am trying to activate Enterprise Business Function "LOG_EAM_MPOINT_MASS_DEACT" using SFW5. I have already activated the required ENTERPRISE_EXTENSIONS but i am unable to find the enterprise business function LOG_EAM_MPOINT_MASS_DEACT in the list. We have the following component SAP ECC6.0  and SAP_APPL 605.

Let me know where can i find this business function and subsequently activate it...

I am very much aware of this business function and its release package.. We are in EhP5 but unable to find this business function. Checked in SFW5 and SFW2 but no business function available.

I have activated Enterprise extension EA-PLM...

This business function only available for component SAP_APPL 604

This means when we upgrade to EHP 5 with Component SAP_APPL 605, this business function is not available. However on general rule of development and enhancement packages, it should have been available from SAP_APPL 604 onwards which includes 605 also. (EHP5 will have EHP4 functionalities included).

Please input your suggestion on this..
