      Hi Mani,

We are facing issue displaying Host metrics in BO4.1 Monitoring Dashboard.

We enable host metrics in Monitoring Application Properties and also provided saposcol.bat file path over there.

      Restarted Monitoring service.

But in monitoring dashboard still showing zero values for all Host metrics,Ex:No.of CPU=0

We followed note1691534 - Host Metrics do not display data in the Central Management Console

SAP note 436186 - Installing saposcol as a service

Created new service called saposcol with the following sc command

      sc create saposcol binPath= 'C:\saposcol.bat"

saposcol service created but not starting when trying to start this service getting

Windows cannot start the saposcol service on local Computer.

Error 1053 : "the service did not respond to start or control request in a timely fashion".
