Hi Experts,

we have a requirement

1.  where do we flag email id/ contact number verified

2. where do we update social media networks like facebook account,linkdn account etc.

please guide on the same. would appreciate you help.

Hello,

Point 1:

Actually SAP standard process works the other way around: if an invalid email address is filled-in on the business partner master data, the system will flag checkbox DO_NOT_USE as soon as an "undeliverable" message is received. See: Bounce Management - Campaign Management - SAP Library.

Point 2:

There are many ways to fulfill this requirement: you could use standard identification tab to store the corresponding user IDs, or create an AET table extension for business partner object, or activate CRM_SMI business function in CRM7.0 EhP3: Social Media User Data - Business Partners - SAP Library
