      Hi Ranjeet,

      Go into OBA4 and select your company. Select your company code and click on Detail button from the toolbar. Here you will see two section on the screen. UPPER LIMITS FOR PROCESSING PROCEDURES. And PERMINTTED PAYMENT DIFFERENCE.

      You need to input;

      Amount per Document e.g. 1,000,000

      Amount per open item account item e.g. 500,000

      Cash discount per line item e.g. 5 %

      Revenue: Amount e.g. 500; Percent e.g. 5%; Cash discount adj. e.g. 5

      Expense: Amount e.g. 500; Percent e.g 5%: Cash discount adj e.g. 5

      Also please follow Kalim's request as well so every thing is checked and you get what you were looking for. And sorry that I can not provide the screen shot at this time.
