Mass Maintenance of Processing status of Pricing Condition Records?

Hello experts,

We have Release status and Processing status set when a Pricing Condition Record is created using VK11.

With the help of Abaper we have made the Processing status default to 'BL' (i.e BLOCKED) on creation in VK11.

Now to change the Processing status to 'RL' (i.e RELEASED) we have to go to VK12 and open respective Pricing Condition Record and change and save it.

But now we have thousands of Pricing Condition Record's so it is not fesible to change these many records using the VK12.

So is there any other way to maintain these many Pricing Condition Record's at once.

Like Mass Maintenance.

You please upload your all thousands of condition record through LSMW or BDC or any other uploading tool.

You are right i have been thinking on BDC.

But for BDC i have to download all Condition records with there details from SAP to excel.

And then as the approver to make changes to excel file and then upload it using BDC.

This can work but i have been asked can i make a ALV report and display all these condition records on ALV Report and Provide Checkbox for Processing status, approver(end user) can make changes on screen and then provide a custom button name it as 'Update' which will call BDC program at backend.

Abhishek im an ABAP Devloper and newbie.

What do you think about the solution mentioned above. Is it posible?

Hi,

Do you already have ALV report identified ?

If not you can get the excel download from Condition table to Excel and change the processing status manually, since it is only one field it is easy to change

then in BDC, upload this file and execute
