How to Find Transition time from a Purchase Order?

Hi All,

I have a Purchase Order and with delivery dates determined as shown below

Z1 Del Date - Pick up 09.12.2013

Z2 ASN Required by Date 02.12.2013

Z3 Ackn Date - Pick up 30.12.2013

AB Order Acknowledgment 20.01.2014

I want to find the logic how these dates are calculated. I found the below when i browsed in documents.

  • Z1 =P.O Delivery Date – Transit Time
  • Z2 =Z1 – Transportation Lead Time

How to find this Transit time and Transportation lead time?

Kindly let me know.

Thanks in advance.

Amith,

The names of these dates Z1, Z2, and Z3 that you have used in your query do not seem to me to be a good match with names that I commonly see in SAP.  Can you please provide a screen shot of Transaction ME23N, which displays an example Purchase order; where Z1/Z2/Z3 dates are displayed and highlighted?

'AB' usually refers to the order acknowledgement date.  This date is not calculated, but is entered manually by a user, or sometimes by an IDOC through an EDI Transaction.

Best Regards,
