    Hi Mahendra

What is strategy type your using?

If your using strategy 10 then it plans net requirements of materials in MRP means it will deducts the existing stock from planning requirements. Strategy 20 will give solution in your case as it plans the gross requirements. This strategy will plan all the components with out deducting the existing stocks.

    Dear Mahendra,

It is not necessary to maintain strategy for raw material. If your question is why 5 nos of proposal created, the answer is as below.

The planning indicator of this strategy is 3-Individual requirement(see in Customizing- Planning Strategy) In individual requirement each material will consider individually and stock will be considered for proposal. Hence if your stock is 5 and requirement is 10; proposal will be created 5 nos.

    Krishnendu..
