COPA planning

Hi COPA experts,

Happy New Year to everyone.

Im new in COPA and hoping that you can help me with my issues:

1. I've created a new record type 'Z' (KEP1) and a new version 'ZZZ' for planning and maintained the required planning number range and assigned it to my operating concern. Now im trying to post for that record type in my new version using transaction KEFC (Plan data upload). I've configured the sender structure (KEFA and KEFB) and created a structure patterned with my sender structure. But upon processing, im encountering an error "Activity type S does not exist for Plan Data" and from there i dont know how to proceed. Does anyone knows what is the next step? Points will be assigned of course.

2. I've created an assignment group in transaction KE4Z and a structure to be aligned in my new assignment group in KE4E with the PA fields. What is the next step to post plan data for this instance?

Thank you experts!

Cratos

    Hi Waman,

Thanks for the response. However, we are using KEFC and not KEPM for the copa planning upload. Any thoughts?

    Thanks.
