md04

Hi Gurus, is there any way to show the sum of planned order qty or sum of process order qty or sum of any other mrp element qty in md04 for particular period like for dec month only?

please advise.

    Raju,

    MD04/ MD05 is very much configurable for your ease of use.

    You can use OM0J transaction to define your display filter (in this example, planned order):

    1. Select the MRP elements:

    2. Include segments in the segments tab (include all for a quick test, you can change it).

    3. In the display horizon tab, maintain the horizon:

    4. Now in MD04, select the periodic view using the green summation button (switch to period totals):

    5. SAP provides daily, weekly and monthly totals. If you require custom period grouping, create planning calendar in MD25, and assign it in OPPC.

    Here, you can select the corresponding tab after using the defined display filter.
