Automatically add activity to new quotation

Hi all

Is it possible to configure SAP B1 8.82 to automatically create an activity when a sales quotation document is added?

My client wants to have a default reminder to call the customer to follow up 14 days after a quotation is created.

Yes.  But it is not as easy as clicking a button or check box.  You can use B1if to trigger a scenario when quote is added.  This requires knowledge of B1if and creating scenarios with in the framework.

You can add the activity manual only for sales quotation.
