How to use Roadmap in solman

Hello,

I have created a Template Project and selected global ASAP template roadmap. My confusion is how to use roadmap in project because it it contains phases then milestones tab also contains different phases for a project so why we are using roadmap?

How we can add values to a project by using roadmaps?

have you checked below documentation

Milestones Tab - SAP Documentation

If you have selected a Roadmap for your project in the Roadmap Selection tab then you can display the milestones in the selected Roadmap, in the Milestones tab. Choose the symbol with the Quick-Info Insert Roadmap Milestones, and select the milestones.

You can add to the milestones in the Roadmap, but not change them.
