Field selection for newly created Transcation codes

I have created a new Tcode for GR report but how to make field selection for this can someone explain .

Hi,

   Go to the SQVI report selection screen (that is the selection screen of the report) and directly click on save button. Now, system will guide you to another screen for variant. Here, you can define which fields are mandatory as shown below:

Juts you need execute the query or your new T-code press save button you will get one window where you need to give the variant name and description which are mandatory then select the field from input field which you need as mandatory under Object for selection screen under requried fields and save the variant.

Note:This will only work when you select the variant which you saved above for regular exceution it will not work as mandatory fields.

Hi,

   You may directly save a variant from the selection screen and maintain it as user specific or default and maintain the required fields as mandatory or optional.

From which portion you have created the t-code and program?

Is it from SQVI or from ABAP coding side?

If its from SQVI then you can choose a field from field selection for the program

But if its from ABAP coding side, then you have to contact the abaper, who made the program.

Hi, you can very assign the screen variant to your created T-code
