Cannot build the query or generate the report. WIS 30351

Hi All,

I am facing a problem while developing the dashboard on top of BI services connection. Totally 8 connections I have used to develop dashboard. When I see the preview with dashboard client tool, all connections are working fine, But after publish into the Launchpad, Out of all connections randomly 2 or 3 connections are working other connections are not pulling the data. This error coming when I use web-i prompts and filters in dashboard and there are no context selection in web-i report.  Error called; WIS 30351.( version SAP BI 4.0(sp7). Please help me to solve this error.

As per my understanding to refresh all connections the query time limit is getting over. But how can i increase the time limit for BI service connections .

Seems like your webi reports are causing the issue.

What kind of sources you are using in Bi Services source?

are using different types of sources for example one Bi Services on Bex OLAP universe, another query SQL relational universe, and the other Bex BICS connection,

As you said. I am using SQL relational Universe as a source for Web-i report, It is created only for dashboard And i have seen your URL note. But i am using SAP BO 4.0 (SP7) the solution mentioned for different service packs . How can i resolve this error.

Even in the FWD FIT plan also Patch 6.10 fixes are not included in any of the SP7. hence i would request you to raised a message with SAP.
