    Thanks all for time,
i created another service using same RFC and it worked fine.
i just wanted to know what could be probably wrong in old connection. and why was there need to create new service again?
Is there any documentation for this type of errors or pertaining to connections with back-end.?
    Thanks and regards

    Hi Kartik,

Please test your RFC connection used in the system alias configured for the service.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Just check if you are able to execute the RFC "ZUI_*" from SE37. In SE37 give the RFC destination that you had configured with your OData service.

If this works then check whether you have properly configured your OData service.

If the SE37 execution does not work then check whether your RFC destination is properly configured.

    regards

    Chandan
