Survey from Campaign email is not getting saved

Hi All,

I have triggered email to my ID from campign element. Now after clicking on link in mail I can see the survey question.

But after pressing the save button I am getting below exception.

Please let me know how to solve this.

    this seems to be an issue with the generated survey URL - please check the following:

    Please also see SAP note for further information.

    Then please check the documentation available with

    XML Parameters - Survey Tool - SAP Library

    to see how XML parameters are used.

    Survey parameter XML files are mainly used to control communication
    that is, how surveys are sent and how the results are returned - in the
    individual survey scenarios described in URL Usage. Depending on the
    individual scenarios, you can define how surveys are sent to end users
    and how the results are later sent back when the survey is submitted.
    The same survey can be used in several scenarios, using different survey
    parameter XML files.

    The following scenarios are currently supported:

    1. Survey runs integrated into CRM server application.

    2. Survey presentation format (for example, HTML) is
    generated and published, for example, sent as an
    attachment in an e-mail or integrated into a Web site.

    3. Survey URL is generated and published, for example, sent

    as a hyperlink in a mail or integrated into a Web site.

    the first two scenarios, you need to specify the address (Get option)
    to which you want the results to be sent. In the third scenario, you
    must specify the address from which the presentation format (HTML
    survey) should be fetched, in addition to the Send option.

    You can only fetch the presentation format with the Get option in
    Intranet scenarios. You are required to log onto a CRM server with a
    valid user name and password. The first time you fetch the presentation
    format, a logon page appears for the CRM server. You can fetch the
    presentation format using http or https. If you wish to make the survey
    accessible in Internet scenarios, you can download the HTML survey to
    your PC and either copy into a Web site of your choice or send it as an
    HTML attachment in an e-mail.

    Please also check the service /sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_svy_server in SICF - maybe there is any issue with the service.

      Hi Johannes,

      Thanks for the reply.

      We are planning to use third method "Survey URL is generated and published, for example, sent

      as a hyperlink in a mail or integrated into a Web site". As customer won't be having access to our SAP CRM system, so can you please explain how we can integrate survey link to external website and get the feedback from prospects.

      Also let me know some details about connector ID concept.
