Special Periods when posting through RERAOP

Hi,

Would anyone know if it's possible to post line items using special periods in t-code RERAOP? One of the businesses that we support would like to post additional transactions in period 13. However, whenever I tried to update the Document Header to period 13, with document and posting date of 12/31/2013, it goes back to period 12. Per SAP guidelines, in order to posting using the special period, the last day of the last regular period should be used.

As of now, I had advised my users to post adjustments of their leasing transactions via FB01.

Hi Princess,

it is possible to post line items using special periods in t-code RERAOP.

If the special period can be used with FB01 in this company code this should also work with RERAOP.

Which support package are you running for EA-APPL?

According to our basis team, we're currently running SAPK-60506INEAAPPL. Since whenever I tried to update the Period field to 13 and keeps getting back to 12, is it possible that there's a missed configuration in RECACUST?

Hi Princess,

I am not aware of such a setting. I would like to ask you to check if there is some customer specific BAdI implementation for BADI_RERA_OP active that might have influence here.
