Using Import Wizard on BOE Xi 3.1 as destination and CE 10 as source - no reports

Trying to migrate from:

Crystal Enterprise ver 10 on Win 2k3 server   --> BOE Xi 3.1 on Win 2k8 R2 server

After the Import Wizard has finished (see screenshot below of what I chose to import), all the new file folder paths appears to be the same in the new Xi 3.1 server; however, there were NO Crystal Report files in them.  How do I remedy this?

Do I have to re-import, but what selections should I be choosing the 2nd time (I haven't done anything after initial import yet)?

Or is this even possible to do?  Is there an intermediate step I need to do for the Reports to show?

Do you have rights to use Import Wizard? and check you have rights on the folders?

Based on the screen shots, you are missing folders option in the first screen shot.

The Crystal Import Wizard can import Crystal report objects only if they are based on native drivers, ODBC data sources, OLAP data sources, or Business Views. You have the choice to import the report instances for each report object, and the scheduling patterns that you have set up in the source environment are imported automatically.

Yes, I should have rights to the folders as I logged in as Administrator (user); however, in checking the Logs, I see a whole bunch of:

","Error","Failed to create a new CrystalEnterprise.Pdf. Reason: You do not have right Copy objects to another folder on object 4399529.",

","Failed to create a new CrystalEnterprise.Excel. Reason: File Repository Server Output is down.",

"CrystalEnterprise.Report","4122402","ARhdZjzZEQBCniqNZbBhhtI","Monthly Reliability Graph Report","2","Error","Failed to create a new Report. Reason: File Repository Server Input is down.",

Was it due to the fact that i had stopped all services except for the CMS?  I thought I read somewhere that all services must be stopped before migration/import?

What I did was stopped all services from running in CE10 CCM and then started the Import Wizard for the BOE Xi 3.1 and logged in with Administrator credentials.

Also, if possible, I would like to NOT migrate all audit access rights (but I do want the Security Groups)... I don't see an option during Importing other than "Application Rights" which I have no idea what that is for and assumed it was for security audit access rights for the folders/reports which I want to start from scratch... (see screenshots in my original first post).

you should not stop IFRS and OFRS. First of all you don't need to stop any services while migrating..

Hi Jeff,

As the reports have not come up on the target, for the second time, select "Import Folders and Objects". You may even select "Import repository objects" if the reports use Business Views and proceed with the screens. The "Import Scenario" screen is self explanatory whether you want to migrate the content based on name of the object or CUID. You may refer the import wizard guide for more information. Below is the link.
