Problems connecting to Salesforce Sandbox Environment

Hello, I am trying to connect to my client's salesforce sandbox through Crystal Reports 2013 and keep receiving this error:

Logon Failed.

Details: HY000:INVALID_LOGIN: Invalid username, password, security token; or user locked out. [Database Vendor Code: 41]

I am logged in to the sandbox with no problem so I know the above is false. I also tried this with switching the "Server" to test.salesforce.com and received the same error. Please advise.

    1.)

Have you added your machine IP address to to Salesforce.com Trusted IP Ranges?

You have to login to SFDC, click Setup at the top > Administration Setup (on the left menu) > Security Cotrols > Network Access

If it is added then you do not need Token, otherwise you need to login with Password+token

    That is very common reason

2.) Do you have SFDC System DSN in your 32 bit ODBC Administrator? Does it have Proxy configuration there? Is it correct?
