backup failed SAP online

Hi experts

I have some problem with backup SAP

-new configuration

- windows 2008 Entreprise

    Dear Youssef,

    Please check your initY12.ora file for configuration such as backup_dev_type, backup_mode,backup_type.

    BR0231E Backup utility call failed


    indicates that a problem with BACKINT. the above error is caused by an external program.

    The brtools calls this utility which fails to return successfully.

    This looks more like a communication issue with the backup server.

    Check your backup configuration in backup tool and correct, Issue might be with communication as well.

    It seems you have problems with 3rd party client (backint utility) installed. Try to start backup again and check Windows Event Viewer for errors. Post them here. Or perfrom steps according to troubleshooting steps in documentation for this 3rd party tool to determine the exact error.

    Dear all,

    Firstly, I create a new folder with name « Tools SAP » path: C:\usr\sap\Y12\sys\run\

    Then I copy this files « backint,brarchive,brbackup,brconnect,brrestore» to my new folder Tools SAP.

    When I make this operation I found that the file backin.exe not running in the new emplacement, but it’s working before in the original folder, and it’s show an error like that :
