Hi Chennakeshav

Have you checked the IT378 record exist? Please do check V_74HB_A to make sure the adjustment reason is mapped to the health plan type

If still the issue persist please feel free to touch base

Dear Upen,

I have clearly stated in my 2nd post, the issue is with health plans only and other planes.. i.e. Savings, Insurgence, FSA, ESPP and COBRA planes are displaying and able to enroll into plans as well.

The question was for Anil and Your 2nd post was much later than Anil's reply, you are correct you mentioned about Health plan in the 2nd post but how come Anil had replied to the point before your clarification?  I am missing any point here?

Thanks for the post.

I have created the IT0171 & IT0378 records and are in active as well and maintained V_74HB_A, T5UBA_A, B & C for health planes to make sure the adjustment reason is mapped to the health plan type. I am sure all the benefits related features also maintained and made them active.

The issue is only for Health planes, other planes, i.e Savings, Insurgence, FSA, ESPP and COBRA planes are displaying and able to enroll into plans as well.

Please advise, where to check.

I f you still got the issue then Just in case check T5UB2 also T5UB4, T5UBV and T74FY &T74FZ for pre-requisites and co-requisites if any.  If everything is okey here then we would move to next level.

I am very sure, I have already maintained/configured the all the tables.. T5UB2 also T5UB4, T5UBV and T74FY &T74FZ for pre-requisites and co-requisites for health planes. I have this issue only for health/medical planes. Please advise where to check.

Please Check the T5UBA_A, B & C for health, Insurance & savings plans respectively whether the Plan status is open or not.
