Availability Check Issue - CRM_ATP_INFO_BADI

Hello,

I have implemented the BADI CRM_ATP_INFO_BADI to retrieve schedlin information automatically from R3 system. I have maintained configuration in SPRO for middleware settings to perform ATP check. I have also implemented method Trigger_execution to set both the parameters(CV_CONF_MODE, CV_TRIGGER_AUTOMATICAL) to TRUE.

But the problem is, this BADI never gets called.

In FM CRM_CONFIRM_ADD_ITEM_EC, the BADI is called at line no. 315, if the below condition is satisfied:

IF ( lv_lookup_only = true OR lv_extinf_defined = true ), at line no. 307.

But these two variables are always set to FALSE in my scenario. I am performing this ATP check on line item(SRVM) of Transaction Type Service Order(SRVO).

Can anybody suggest me regarding why these 2 variables are always false in my case?

Why this BADI is not triggered for my case?
