How to remove process chain email alert log

Hi all,

Currently I have created a email alert message at the last process of the process chains. It is able to send the notification in email, but there is a lengthy log it is sending together with my document message maintained. Is it possible to avoid this log in email and just send only the message maintained?

go to edit mode of process chain in menu bar select process chain --> attributes--> alerting --> select send alert if error occur.

Or go to ALRTCATDEF T.code select process chain click on change/display , double click on  alert category (right side screen) as BWAC_PROCESS_CHAIN_ERROR (Error in a Process of Process Chain) --> click on fixed recipient give the id and save it .

Sorry for my late reply. I had some error while replying the message and from there got delayed on it.

Anyway regarding the message:

I have tried through the menu option "Alerting" and selected alert categories. There was a new screen where it is prompting for creating entries for "process type" and "alert categories". But not sure how to proceed from there. In my case, I just need a process where it should send an email when the chain becomes successful/failure.

In my current chain:

I have created my messages already for each step. So far there were no failure happen for he process chain execution and all the  while it was sending email when it is completed. But in the email, it is a very lengthy log showing. Since the chain is completed, I don't want to see the detailed process/job log in the email, as unnecessarily it is creating a email size issue.

Yes it's possible , need to modify program RSPC_MONITOR 

        (or)

use below  document program for deletion of logs : serach in google/SCN with key words
