Hi Prasnop,
You will have full delivery button activated, only if you have sufficient receipts available to satisfy order quantity.
In case of delivery proposal (multiple smaller receipt elements available), you will get full delivery button activated for line which is last in the sequence (completing full confirmation of order).
Hope this answers your query.

Hello Prasnop,
This is usually a setting that has been determined in ECC and the same setting is carry forwarded to APO during ATP check to determine the behavior of the ATP confirmations. It is the database table TVTA which is maintained at Sales area level ( t-code OVZJ ) that gets determined during sales order creation. If I am not wrong in your case you might have had the setting as "delivery proposal" - setting as "C" or "D" ( accept the confirmations even if it was partial )
Also, what was your requested quantity in your case ? Was it 15 or more than 15 ?
Hope this helps.

Hi Prasnop,
In the default values for the availability check (transaction OVZJ), for the sales area combinations, enter value = B Full delivery for availability check rule.
On the ATP result screen you see that ATP check can confirm the requested quantity, on the requested delivery date. You press the Button Full Delivery.
