my log file dev_w0 always display some error like that ,please guide how to check ,thanks

Sorry for that delay reply.

the kernel is 740-pl30 in AIX,The ap is ehp7 of ecc6 initial.

no any dump in st22,no any log in sm21

Hi,

Do you see some old work process in sm50....

Do you see this error in all the system...

There are some fixes for kernel release further. Try to go to the latest kernel and see if it fixs the issue.

Hi Bbs,

It seems there is issue with kernel.

Could you please let us know which kernel verion you are running.

Please also check is there any unimported transport request or any in process SP/Note present in system.

It looks to be timeout.

Can you please provide database ,os and kernel details.

Also check the below note.

1366275 - Work proc. terminations after runtime errors (C stack dump)

Do you see any issue in the db logs. In Sm50 do you see long hanging query. Have you ran Db stats.

When this issue started.

Are you seeing any ABAP Dumps in the system during this same time or any messages in the SM21 log.
