Activity not created for outbound emails in campaign

Hi All,

In campaign element we are using workflow send email to person responsible. And to email category we have assigned business activity type and category. Also in campaign we are giving the activity template.

Now after processing the campaign emails are getting triggered, but no activity is created.

Please let me know if we missed any step or possible reason for this behaviour.

    Hi Naresh,

    please start the execution of the same campaign in online mode. Are you facing the same issue then?

    If so goto the background job, and debug the same using TRX JDBG and see if function CRM_MKTTGGRP_PROC_CREATE is called which then calls BAPI BAPI_ACTIVITYCRM_CREATEMULTI.

    If this is not called the issue is most probable related to the channel customizing.

      Hi Johannes,

      Please provide some more details about online processing. As after pressing the start process button I am not getting any option to select job or process it in online mode.
