Campaign Status in WebUI


Hi All,

We have processed the campaign for triggering email to business partner in target group. Mails are not triggered, but still in message assignment block we can see status as completed. It does not give any indication about error or error detais. However we can see the workflow in error state in SAP GUI.

Please let me know if we have any way by which we can see detailed status from WEBUI.

    Hi Naresh

    Regarding the emails , Is your outbound mail configuration working fine in the SAP server ..

    Please check in SOST transaction if any mails were getting generated

    Hello Naresh,

    Since there isnt any error state in the Messages Assignment Block, you need to check manually as to why the mails arent getting triggered.

    To do so, go to SM37 to get the job that gets generated as a result of your Campaign Execution.

    Now select the checkbox for your job and write 'JDBG' in the transaction box to debug the job.

    Thats how you will get to know what went wrong.

      Thanks for your replies.

      Yes, in backend I can figure out the reason for failure, but my question is that even mails are not tirggred status in message assignment block still shows completed.

      So please let me know how we can track status from WEBUI i.e. how end user will make theirself sure that mails are triggred or not.

      And in contact statics block I can see number of inbound and outbound contacts. But when I checked in BUT000 no inbound / outbound contact is created. Please let me know where I can see the inbound and outbound contacts which are shown in contacts statics assignment block.
