Error in Workflow - Send Target Group to Channel

Hi All,

We have created a campaign element for sending email to target group. In our target group we can see the business partners and emails are assigned to business partner.

Now after processing the campaign emails are not getting triggered to email id maintained in business partners.

In workflow log we are getting message "Export of target group for campaign element 'U-01000037' failed".

Please let me know whether we are using correct workflow or not.

If its correct then what can be the possible reason for this failure.

    Yes, the workflow is correct. Did you maintained all the customizing settings perfectly?

      Hi Johannes,

      Thanks for reply.

      I removed the workflow for campaign element and process it by START PROCESS. But nothing is happening and in message block I am getting the status as completed. Can you please give some more details about online processing without workflow.
