Segmentation Model - Error in Releasing Job

Hi All,

We have created a segmentation model which contain segment and target group. Now while generating the model by clicking GENERATE button in WEBUI we are getting error " Job not Released". And due to this target group are not generated.

Please let me know the possible reason for this error.

Note: - I have SAP_ALL authorization.

Hi Naresh,

Can you please check with your Basis the count of jobs that can be set up?

Further, can you add a screenshot here to get an insight?

Note already exist in our system. And I can create and process job manually in system.

From the looks of the issue, some background job is not getting created or is not scheduled..

Can you please check this note :
