order number range is changed when user status is created for one order type

Hi,

I have created the userstatus to one order type zsos. after that when order is creating it is showing the order number as 7 digits ( order Number-1000007).before it is creating with 6 digits order number as 100004. please guide me the reasons and to rectify this.please find the screenshots below

Hello Mastan,

Recheck again with all the data. The number range is not dependent on the user status. It must be a different order type you might have used for the new order.

If it's not so then ensure the number range assigned to the order type in OPJH/ CO82. If it has been changed then restore the previous number range.

After assigning user status have you checked your order type in which number range it is existing in OPJH.
