How to create a conventional setup matrix ?

Hi All,

Can you'll throw some light on conventional setup matrix; I understand that generation of a conventional setup matrix is based on the setup group that is manually created in R3/ERP .

I have 3 products(A,B,C) for which I have defined the 3 setup groups (A1,B1,C1) in R/3. I have maintained these setup groups in the recipes of the products and cifed the PDS across to APO (All the products have the same primary resource). I want to generate a conventional setup matrix but I am unable to figure out where do I define the setup times and setup costs and the sequence of the setup groups. Please help.

    Hi,

    The path and transaction code :


    Advanced Planning and Optimization>Master Data> Application-Specific Master Data>Production Planning>/SAPAPO/CDPSC7 - Maintain Setup Matrix.


    You can check the other options in Production Planning as general.


    Hope that helps a little
