I have a scenarios with more detail given below,
We have so called a finished goods FG1PACKING which has bom items such VERPACKING and FG1NAKED
and for FG1NAKEd items, we have sub-items such ROHPROC1 and ROHPROC2.
The requirement is :-
1) Until we receive and create the sales order, before that the production department will not do the packing for FG1NAKED (Strategy grp-50) item which becomes FG1PACKING item later.
2) but we do not want to stop the production of FG1NAKED (Strategy grp-20) by procuring and utilizing of ROHPROC1 and ROHPROC2.
The required setting is being done as per given in the attached document but for FG1NAKED, the system is not allowing to carry out make to stock scenario due to triggering of Order type VP in ROHPROC1 and ROHPROC2.
Please let me help me out to solve this issue.
