Error in 'Perform corrective action' step in CAPA

I'm currently trying to run an end-to-end Ad-hoc issue / CAPA flow in GRC PC 10.0. I've gone through the different steps of the workflow. I'm currently logging in as the Process Owner of the Corrective action defined as a part of CAPA. On launching the workitem to execute this task, I get a short dump. Analysis of the short dump showed that this is because an entry with following details is missing from the table GRFNNAVENTITY.

Entity ID: G_CP

Navigation Variant: DISPLAY_INPLACE

I understand that this is a part of the maintenance of navigation framework via view cluster VC_GRFNNAV. But, I'm not sure as to what are the entries that should be maintained for this combination. Is there a BC Set that has these entries? And on a higher level - what exactly is navigation framework for? Is there any documentation out there that can help me understand this better?
