Dear Gurus,

i am facing an issue,

i have uploaded all data in 2011 of p10 and p20 , and at the time evaluation system is not considering the time events it is showing the error

employee not at work

please suggest what  to do

HI Shajish,

The screen shot you shared here its showing that all the entry in 2011 are manual.

I have even faced same issues few months back.

Even after uploading the time file while running time evaluation its not reading the taven table as  a result you are not getting TIP. IF it is so.

Be careful while performing the following per-requisite activities before running time evaluation

1.Please make sure that You have uploaded your time file correctly on your 1st attempt.

2. After running time evaluation even in test mode, If u made some changes to your time file and trying to upload the new time file, just deleting the entries from info type 2011 is not enough, if  you have run time evaluation in test run also,delete cluster table B1& B2 for that particular employee, and upload you modified time file and then run  your time evaluation

3 RPTCCXDBDEL- Is the program  to delete the time events from the database completely, to avoid the duplication,  and PU00 - In deleting personnel Data, choose B1& B2 for deletion.

4. Then go for fresh uploading and run your time evaluation.

I resolved my issue in this way, hope it will work in your case also.

i did the same what you sugest but now also the same problem

i am uploading time events trough LSMW , is there any difreennce with that,

last month i did the same but TIP table was updated , but this time it is not updating.

please suggest

Hi Shajish,

I don't know what business requirement you are having & why you are using LSMW to upload time event?

Even not sure that if you upload through LSMW it will update CC1TEV table or not.

Updation of time file in CC1TEV table is mandatory to run time evaluation, if you are using infotype 2011 for time tracking.

We have standard programs to upload the Time events

1. rpteup00

2. rpteup10.

Please let me know if you need assisstance to upload the time file here.

you can check it through se11

in  database table  give in put TEVEn & click on display,

or if you want to check at employee leve then go to se16,

enter TEVEN  click on table content icon in the top left.

there is no data in 2001 as LWP and any othere this employee is new joinee

Hi Sajish,

If any of the above suggestions didnot worked for you, i suggest the below.

As employee is new joinee, employee might have some wherere hired in the mid of period.

eg: Employee joined on 18.12.2013.

     Time evaluation executed for period 01.12.2013 - 31.12.2013.

   But employee is active from 18.12.2013. So, system throws error that employee is not at work as there is no workschedule in IT0007 for this dates.

In PT60 selection screen use the field ' Forced calculation as of' and give the date as the joining date and evluation up to will be till the period end and see how it processes.

I beelieve this was the reason. Check the dates once and execute it agin from the effective date. Also in time evluation log and check the 'WPBP' table and other tables as well.

When you uploaded all clock-ins and clock-outs for an employee for  1 year in IT2011. And when you want to precede run time evaluation via RPITME00 and get an error message “ Entry no. 1 employee not at work 10.03.2011 Incorrect  processing for EE000000XX EENAME” is popping out on your screen for every date he clocked in and out.

Then there is no need to get panic…….

One should make a change in rule TE30. As you try to make a change in TE30, you have to go through an operation COLER03E. In this operation COLER03E COLER will be the operation to fetch the message from table T5554. 03 will act as the number of message and “E” after 03 will be the key. “E” will be used to terminate the time process.

As you take out that “E” the time will start showing the message. One more option is available for user convenient that you can replace F and I with E. As you will replace it will allow the process to continue but you have to move further to check next step.

Now, you have to copy TE30 to ZE30 rule and insert the copy rule in your custom schema. After this you have to deactivate TE30 rule from the copied schema.

By applying this process you will get a standard solution for your problem and can able to run time evaluation via RPITME00.

Could you please be more clear. If you are executing Time Evaluation on Off days The system will show that message That is correct

Is that message still popping even after changing rule?? After changing rule what is the message it is showing??

Please coordinate with ABAPER to debug code You can easily find out why TIP is not generated. Accordingly you can do the changes
