Failed SAP 7.03 Installation - (Socket 716 closed by peer) and (SAPSYSTEMNAME neither in Profile nor in Commandline)

Thanks in advance for the help. Upon install I get the following error in the log:

CGuiProxy::receive(): connection on socket 716 closed by peer

=>sapparam(1c): No Profile used.

=>sapparam: SAPSYSTEMNAME neither in Profile nor in Commandline

Exit status of child: 1

Any one got any ideas? Attached is the whole log file.
