KE380_Not able to release billing documents

Dear Gurus,

I am facing issue while releasing the billing documents to accounting.

scenario: sales order and delivery created in NOV, but standard cost estimate is not released in Nov.

it was released on 1st Dec.

I have tried to create a billing document in december but it is not releasng docs, it is throwing error as " No cost estimate can be found"

please suggest me the possible solution and work around.

      Hi Naini

      Good to know that your issue is resolved. However at times it would become a legal issue cancelling the documents for system / user issues.

      Another alternative you can adopt is to do the changes directly using KEPC by choosing either a appropriate costing key (allowing you to release the cost estimate) or setting the Type of error handling to 2. Both of these can be done temporarily and reverted back once the documents are released to accounts.
