BW 7.30 reports missing users assigned via structural authorizations after SPS10 update

Hello-

We have a BW (BI) 7.30 system that we recently updated from Support Package Stack Level 8 to Support Package Stack Level 10. We also just upgraded this system from BW 7.0 to 7.3 a few months back...

I’ve received 6 tickets in the last week (since the SPS update) from BI users that are running reports in BI…reports that they have been using for quite a while…but the reports are not bringing back all the expected information. Employees that were showing up on their reports before, are not showing up now. The missing information is available in BI because they DO show up when I run their reports.

Has something changed with security that is causing this? I can get the missing employees with my company wide access but with their department specific access (employee list is via structural authorizations,) they are not getting it all.

Has anyone else seen this issue after updating their BW 7.3 to SPS10?

Thanks,

Nathan

We have narrowed down the issue. It is caused by the update from SPS 8 to SPS 10.
