Issue with Business Role

I am having issue with Business Role where user is not seeing workcenter link "ChaRM Reporting" under Reports. It is marked as visible in Business Role which is assigned to user and user can run tcode /TMWFLOW/REPORTINGN directly in SAPGui without any issues. The strange thing is issue seems to be only related to Reports group SM-IM-RPT, I am able to show/hide all other links under Search & Create without any issues. Any ideas what to check? We have ChaRM 7.1 SP10.

Thanks Dan and Jansi, but your suggestions did not help.

Any other ideas? In the meantime I will open a ticket with SAP.

Hi Sajid,

What about roles? there is an authorization objecet uiu_comp check it.

Can you test it with SAP_ALL user ?

Hi Dan,

I finally figured out it was missing object C_LL_TGT. For some reason it was missing from standard roles that came with the upgrade.
