Work Manager 6.0 & SMP 2.3 ( ClassNotFound : ServiceOrderRemovePushStepHandler )

Hi everyone,

We are trying to implement work manager 6.0 on Sap Mobile Platform ( SMP ) 2.3.3.1
We have done all steps from the guide, but im getting this error on my log.

This is my landscape.
Agentry Version : 6.1.3.10212

Error:

Error in initializing the StepHandler from the ini file or SAP configurations (com.syclo.sap.component.serviceorder.stephandler.ServiceOrderRemovePushStepHandler). Please check the JavaBE.ini file. java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.syclo.sap.component.serviceorder.stephandler.ServiceOrderRemovePushStepHandler

Hi Gian Carlo,

Have you activated the Customer Service Component or any objects related to this component? The Service Order related objects shouldn't be invoked in a Work Manager implementation without the customer service component.

Have you activated any of the Push Scenarios?

When do you receive this error, on server statup?  Make sure your Agentry.ini classpath correctly references your java jar files.  Also, does the com.syclo.sap.component.serviceorder.stephandler.ServiceOrderRemovePushStepHandler class exist in your referenced jar?  Thanks,

Dear Jason, After 1 year, the push notification not working at all.

We have tried all document and note sap.

This is my Agentry.ini file, we have setup all correctly, the TimeZone, the JavaPath, the Memory Size, etc. etc..

[Agentry] , [Server] [Server Administration]

Hope you can help, becuase, we have never recieved a Push Notification.

We are working with Smp 2.3.5 PL01
