Hello All,

I want to start my career in SAP.

I am a Bcom Graduate, with 10 years experience in Accounting and Finance Field.

I was interested in FI course, however one of my friend working with Capgemini told me to get trained on BPC as it is related to finance.

Can you please advise how is the future for SAP BPC and where can I get trained on SAP BPC in India - Mumbai?

Also will I get the job after doing SAP BPC? because I will be a fresher in this field?

Regards

Ajay

Hi Ajay

It is always good to come into ERP stream that to into SAP Consulting Environment. However, regarding the job opportunities, companies always prefer to recruit the persons with experience for any SAP modules.

BPC is a tool to do Financial Planning and Business Consolidation.

For learning BPC course, 'Accounting' and 'MS-Excel' knowledge is essential.

No doubt, any person with 'Accounts' profile will have a bright future if they can learn BPC module in-depth conceptually.

As far as my knowledge and experience is concerned, it would be good if you go as an 'Accountant' for a product based company which has already implemented SAP-FI module so that you can come into SAP stream learn 'FI' module initially and then simultaneously you can learn BPC in short span and shift to BPC profile.

All The Best for your SAP career!

Thanks
