Missing Port ID for Inbound IDOC in SAP CRM

Hello Experts,

We have integrated SAP CRM with SAP Cloud for Customer(C4C) Solution. While replicating the data from SAP C4C into CRM, we are getting error in IDOC. According to our understanding Port ID for Inbound IDOC is not found.

Is this something that is to be sent from SAP C4C to CRM On Premise? If yes how is to be done? Or is it to be configured on SAP CRM On Premise?

Kindly let help me out understand and resolve the issue.

    This issue is resolved and just for information if any one face this issue, below is the steps to be carried out.

    This issue is resolved by adding the PORT ID in mapping on HCI. The mapping is done in the mapping block while creating an integration scenarios on Eclipse. This PORT ID will be pushed into SAP CRM. Resulting IDOC when processed replicates the data into Cloud for Customer tenant.
