Conditions tab missing in ME21N

Dear All,

There is a user, when he enters to ME21N and enter other details like vendor, purch. org. ... etc. the conditions tab is disappearing ..

Why is the reason ? I've checked the authorization via ST01, but it also shows ok..

Make sure the usual authorization objects  for purchase order creation (you can get them in SU24, enter ME21N transaction there) have the activity 09 Price display

Dear Jurgen,

By the help of your answer i've solved the problem.

The authorization objects below was set to display only. I've changed them to "*".

Now condition tab is coming.

-M_BEST_WRK

Hi,

   Hope its not STO or free item.

   If its for a specific user, please check whether any function authorization has been assigned to the user in SU01 - parameter ID with parameter EFB.

If its assigned, note the function auth group and go to OMET transaction and check whether the user has display authorization.

I checked them all.. They are same as you described.

When i gave SAP_ALL to the user, condition tab appears. So i think it's an authorization issue..

   Please check whether the authorization object: V_KONH_VKS    has been assigned to the user.

Must be there are any BADI uses in PO

It can be appear or disappear via BADI ME_GUI_PO_CUST and ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST

If its only happens for one user.

Then after giving all details in ME21N like vendor, Pur. Org. etc...

Then press /nsu53

Check is any authorization missing.

If its only happens for one user, then it should be authorization problem.

I also tried it but it is again success..

I tried with my user.. Condition tab is coming as i have SAP_ALL..

I couldn't see with ST01 and /nsu53.. How else can i check the missing authorization object ?

Go to user parameter

Check the value of EFB

Then Go to OMET.

Check this.

No, It will be ticked , If you remove that, then condition tab will not appear.

But it seems okay, condition tab must be shown in ME21N.

Are you sure this Function authorization is maintained for EFB in SU01-Parameter tab?

Yes it is maintained as '01'

It doesn't need any authorization object.

If it's need then it will show in SU53 mode.

Try once to keep the option EFB as blank in user master record in parameter tab.

I gave SAP_ALL to the user then condition tab showed up..
