Portal – BI connection not working

The user is not possible anymore to maintain Web Template in development BI system because of the below error message. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Was there any system copy/refresh done.Can you check table RSPOR_T_PORTAL if there entry made for portal.

Hi Subbu,

Did you perform any patching activity?

Paste logs dev_jrfc and also the default trace.

I think the user defined in JCO connection is either locked or expired.
