E Separation Error ( Request not created . Not able to determine "Reason"or "Action Key")

Hi Experts

we are working on EHP6 , E separation . I have done the configuration for e separation and when I am checking the same in portal, i am getting an error Request not created . Not able to determine "Reason"or "Area Key".


I have maintained the feature 99AKD and 99RKD, but still I am getting the issue. Kindly find below screenshot for your reference. Kindly guide me.

      Hi Ravi,

      As this is related to ESS & MSS suggest you to post in related community (SAP ERP HCM Employee Self-Service), so that you can get the quick replies.

      Try the feature like below:

      Replace the Personal Area place with Solution Type and mention only one Area Key.

      Or

      Directly mention your area key under India (40).

      I do know that you have multiple area key according to your requirement but take a chance to know whether this is the problem with Feature / configuration.

    Thank You Srikanth, I will post the same as advised by you.

    BTW I have tried changing the Feature, but it didn't worked out.
