How to upload data from file for Pocket Money Per Diem (PMPD)

Hi

Is there any program to upload data from excel file for Pocket Money Per-Diem (PMPD). Like how we do for Meals Per-Diem / Accommodation in T Code -PRUL

Is this for a specific country version e.g. Slovakia etc? As this pocket money calculation is only triggered for 2 countries. What you can use is the meal per diem functionality, having the meal per diem checkbox in the trip and maintaining V_T706V the lump sum amounts.

Did you try RPR_UPDATE_PER_DIEMS_FROM_FILE though if it is one of the specific countries with this functionality e.g. Czech or Slovakia?

1.We have configured Meals Per-Diem in table V_T706V based on hours. Actually, we want to configure accommodation per-diem based on hours, we thought of configuring in Pocket money (PMPD).

Can you please guide how to configure Accommodation per-diem based on hours.

2. I have uploaded meals per-diem. Can i hve an expense head created against meals per-diem table.

My requirement is to claim the meals expenses by producing actual bills and the per day limit should be validated against the table V_T706V
