Memory Low.Leave the transaction before taking a break in Invoice Printing

Hi All,

I am having this message when I enter and process an Invoice number.

Memory Low. Leave the Transaction before taking a break.

The issue is whenever I enter any invoice number with Custom output type and press enter it takes 2 minutes of processing time then it gives this message..

All the memory related issues are ok.

This does not happen in every invoice. Invoice with more line items are printed but the system shows this message in some specific invoice numbers.

Even the system does not enter into the VF02 transaction screen (After we enter the number and press enter) it shows this message on the first screen.

Please help me.

As stated in the note #116042, the message "memory low leave

transaction before taking a break." is informational and

not an error but in this case it appears to indicate that processes are

going into heap too early as EM is exhausted.

It is normally recommended to use inactive_gui to logout inactive users

but please ensure that the parameter is set at such a level that it

will be effective without being overzealous.

This can also be caused by the volume of data being

processed or displayed is too large for the system to cope with.

The only solution to eliminate this type of error is either to reduce

the amount of data being selected by breaking it down to smaller

packages or increase the available memory.

Note 103747 suggest parameter settings for the extended memory, defined

    by parameter em/initial_size_MB.

First read 116042 - Message "Memory low.". Did you call transaction ST02 or SM50 ?

Yes I read it and also checked the tcode st02 and sm50.

      They memory is enough.

But still facing this problem in some of the invoice.

Actually I can see the preview of some invoice with the same output type. they are executing properly.
