Early watch alert Report

Hi Experts,

We need to generate EWA report monthly once. But the solution manger server will be switched off i.e., it's switching on when required. Could any one please clarify me that SOLMAN server should be switched on 24/7 for generating EWA report or we can switch off the server once the configuration is done and switch on when we required to get the report. Is there any alternative solution for generating EWA report without switching on SOLMAN continuously.
