and 4 raw/component material with movement type 261 .

So my Question is that :- Can it is possible to remove a raw material with movement type 261 out off 4 and add a new material directly here which is not in BOM. So.So can it possible or what are the affects by this ?

Its urgent please help me.

If you wish to remove one component from list of backflush, remove backflush indicator in Process order.

If you wish to backflush another component which is not in list of component, Then please consult business if they are fine with unplanned transaction. In process indutries, this practice is not supported since backtracking all components is must.

So better the component in Process order then maintain the backflush indicator and then proceed.

    Hi Mahendra,

It is possible to delete existing raw material and add a new raw material in goods movement screen.

    Variance will occur,

    1. For goods issue compared to Planned quantity and Withdrawn quantity.

    2. Actual cost will vary compared with planned cost.

    Regards,

    Dharma

    Dear Mahendra,

You can add or delete any item in that screen.

But it affects you from costing point of view. If you calculate actual and plan cost then there will be difference for this.

    Hi Mahendra,

    This is always possible.

You and add/delete new component or change the quantity also. If the component is of same group (lets say plastic) and price is same then no effect. But if the new component price is more/less actual cost for the order will show variances.

    Krish.

    Hi Mahendra

You can delete all RM and add new RM in goods movement the system will accept.

But your goods issue will be posted with unplanned. You can see this in production order menu bar: go to --> documented goods movement of production order. The BOM RM will remains as not issued in components view.

    Dear Mahendra,

System allows you to remove a backflushed component and add a new material in Goods Movement view, if this is what your business scenario needs.

    Best regards,

    Jessica
