Page Break Up

Hi All,

Issue 1:

issue in displaying " END OF THE REPORT".

Suppose i have 35 records in the first page and if there is no data to display in 2nd page then " END OF THE REPORT" should appear at the bottom of the 1st page but we are getting " END OF THE REPORT" in the second page

Issue 2:

Suppose i have 10 records for country and total needs to be displayed right after the records but for us Total is getting displayed on the next page

Country State City Sales revenue

US Texas A 100

US NewYork B 200

US New Jersey C 300

and so on... I have to display the total of country: US in the same page but only Total is getting displayed in the next page.

There may be a way to force them to stay together on a page of that's required in this case. It is a little harder to read the report with " END OF THE REPORT" being separated and Totals being seperated from the page.

Best Regards

    Hi Sandeep,

One issue at a time please. Please post the second question as a new 'Discussion'.

For the first issue, did you try to find out what causes the second page to show up in the first place?

    Anyway, see if this works:

    1) Place a Text object with the text "END OF THE REPORT" on the Page Footer
    2) Right-click the blue area beside the Page Footer > Select Section Expert > Click the formula button beside 'Suppress' and use this code:

    Not OnLastRecord
