Hi,

Can we create two application policy with same name and different apk or iOS file.

i mean application policy name will be same but version of application will be different(1.2 and 2.2 ).

Yes ,

But when we will deploy the application in same devices.

If already  we have 1.2 version application present in device but after this we will deploy the 2.2 version application.

What will happen at the device side, it will upgrade the application or it will install the 2.2 version application in the device.

Make sure the application name was same.

In both devices Android and iOS.

Because the behavior of afaria application policy is differenet for different device.

Yes for AES device it will upgrade the application it will install on the older version

But i don't want this.

when i am creating different policy for different version then why it is upgrading the application.

If i am installing 1.2 application version application it should install and when i will create different application for 2.2 application version.

So both should install separately.

HI,

You can create policy name with same name and use different APK.

Refer the screenshot.
